Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to provide a nurturing and educational environment for children. Your role will involve assisting with lesson planning, implementing curriculum, and supporting the social and emotional development of the children in your care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
- Support children's learning through engaging activities and play
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to develop and implement curriculum
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with children.
- Proficiency in math concepts for early childhood education
